Equipment Unpacking
Before you begin the installation, confirm that you have the necessary tools and assistance:
- Manual Forklift: Essential for safely removing the equipment from its wooden pallet.
- Two-Person Team: The ACLN2-10S weighs approximately 364 kg; having assistance is vital for safe handling.
- Photographic Documentation: Take images of the equipment's packaging and labels upon arrival for your records.

When unpacking the equipment, ensure that the following items are included:
- 1x Liquid Nitrogen Generator
- 1x 1.5-meter Stainless Steel Hose
- 1x Tool Kit

Water and Environmental Conditions
Demineralized Water Supply
Before operating the machine, ensure the following:
- A mandatory supply of approximately 6 liters of demineralized water.
- Check that the internal drain (located at the back, lower left corner) is closed before filling.
- Monitor the water level indicator during the filling process.
Temperature Control
To maintain optimal operating conditions:
- Keep the environment between 20°C to 22°C with relative humidity below 90%. Air conditioning is recommended for stable conditions.
- Use a thermo-hygrometer near the machine to continuously monitor ambient and dissipated temperatures.
Electrical Requirements
Power Specifications
Ensure the following electrical specifications are met:
- Voltage: 200-240 VAC Single-phase + Neutral + Ground / 60Hz
- Dedicated Circuit: Install a dedicated bipolar circuit breaker capable of handling a minimum of 25A (suggested 4 mm² conductors for runs up to 10 m).
Additional Recommendations
- Power Protection: To safeguard against power surges or outages, consider installing a delay relay with a 120-second setting.
- Industrial Plugs: A pair of 16A Steck Industrial plugs is required (to be provided by the client).
