The CEL-GPCR100 is a fully enclosed square reactor, designed to test the performance of photocatalytic air purification materials, in compliance with the rigorous $\text{GB/T23761-2009}$ standard. It is the ideal solution for gas-solid phase reactions, where the reactive gas passes in a controlled manner only between the sample surface and the optical window. Its sandwich-style temperature control design ensures precise and reproducible testing conditions.
Key Technical Features:
Construction: Made from 316L Stainless Steel via integrated one-piece processing, ensuring maximum strength and durability.
Optimized Design: Square reactor with dimensions of 200 mm by 100 mm. The distance between the sample and the window is about 5.0 mm.
Temperature Control: Sandwich-style (interlayer) temperature control in the reactor body, via circulating water or oil bath. The bottom of the reaction vessel is heated by a water bath.
Pressure: Designed to withstand a working pressure of 2 MPa.
Optical Window: High-transmittance quartz glass window (200 mm by 100 mm), which allows for ultraviolet light irradiation.
Reaction Optimization: Can be equipped with baffles to increase gas-solid reaction time and ensure the reaction is more complete.
Quality Components: American Anlok needle valves and three-way ball valves for flow and pressure adjustment. All pipeline joints are 3 mm stainless steel ferrule structure.
Maintenance: Removable top cover for easy catalyst replacement.
