Its pick-to-light tag instantly identifies the exact location of a required bag inside the refrigerator, saving time during surgical procedures or transfusions and helping prevent oversights, incorrect bag removal, and potential delivery to the wrong patient. Each tag records critical safety data including blood type, donation number, expiration date, storage temperature, and time in and out, while also automatically recording how long an unused bag remained outside the refrigerator when returned.
