Nitrogen Liquefier – Allumcorp Brand
Warranty Period: 1 Year (with an option to extend to 2 years)

Allumcorp, the manufacturer of the Nitrogen Liquefier, grants the purchaser of this equipment a standard warranty of 1 (one) year, starting from the date of issuance of the purchase invoice, against manufacturing defects, subject to the conditions outlined in this document. The customer may opt for an extension of the warranty to 2 (two) years, upon request and subject to specific conditions to be agreed upon with Allumcorp.

1. Warranty Coverage
1.1. This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects related to mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of the Nitrogen Liquefier, provided the equipment has been used in accordance with the instructions contained in the user manual.
1.2. The warranty includes the free repair or replacement of defective parts, as well as the labor required for the repair, performed by technicians authorized by Allumcorp.
1.3. If the defect cannot be repaired, Allumcorp reserves the right to replace the equipment with another of the same model or equivalent specifications, at no additional cost to the customer.

2. Warranty Exclusions
2.1. The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation, or operation contrary to the user manual instructions.
  • Defects resulting from accidents, drops, exposure to extreme environmental conditions (such as excessive humidity, temperatures outside the recommended range, or corrosive agents), or the use of non-original accessories.
  • Maintenance or repairs performed by personnel not authorized by Allumcorp.
  • Natural wear of components subject to continuous use, such as seals, gaskets, or hoses, unless the wear is due to a manufacturing defect.

3. Procedure for Claiming Warranty
3.1. To make use of the warranty, the customer must contact Allumcorp’s technical support through official channels (phone: 1199415-5930, email: [email protected], or website: www.allumcorp.com) within the warranty period.
3.2. It will be necessary to present the original purchase invoice or a legible copy, along with a description of the issue observed with the equipment.
3.3. The equipment must be sent to an authorized service center, with shipping costs borne by the customer and return shipping costs covered by Allumcorp, unless local legislation stipulates otherwise.

4. Repair Timeframe
4.1. Upon receipt of the equipment by the authorized service center, Allumcorp commits to performing the diagnosis and repair within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, except in exceptional circumstances, such as a lack of replacement parts, which will be communicated to the customer.

5. Validity and General Conditions
5.1. This warranty has a standard validity of 1 (one) year from the purchase date, as evidenced by the invoice. If the customer opts for the extension to 2 (two) years, the validity will be adjusted according to the specific agreement.
5.2. The warranty does not cover additional costs, such as losses of liquid nitrogen, process interruptions, or any indirect damages resulting from the equipment defect.
5.3. This document complies with applicable consumer protection laws in the country of purchase and is supplemented by legal rights that cannot be excluded or limited by this warranty.
