Constant Temperature and Humidity Climate Chamber with Compressor System — Stability Testing, Shelves up to 45 kg — Series HHS-500 / HHS-810 / HHS-1060
A constant temperature and humidity climate chamber with a high-efficiency compressor system, available in three chamber volumes — 510 L, 810 L, and 1,070 L —, designed for pharmaceutical stability testing (ICH, US FDA 21 CFR Part 11), food shelf-life testing, accelerated aging of electronic components, microbiological research, and sample storage. Combining ART intelligent sensing and control technology, high-temperature steam injection humidification, dual independent evaporator with smart automatic defrost, and fuzzy PID control, the HHS series delivers temperature fluctuation of ±0.2°C, humidity fluctuation of ±2% RH, and water consumption below 320 mL/day — with full GMP, US FDA Part 11, and ICH compliance.
ART (Intelligent Sensing and Control) technology performs intelligent dynamic refrigerant optimization to prevent evaporator frosting and maximize energy efficiency under any operating condition. Temperature sensing uses a high-precision PT100 sensor (HHS-500 and HHS-810) or PT1000 (HHS-1060) across a working range of 0°C to +70°C, with set-point accuracy of ±0.1°C and temperature variation of ±0.5°C. Temperature recovery time after a 30-second door opening to a set point of +40°C is just 4 minutes — ensuring reproducibility of stability cycles even during frequent inspections.
The high-temperature steam injection humidification system preheats and vaporizes water droplets before injection into the chamber, preventing internal condensation and ensuring uniform humidity distribution throughout the useful volume. Water consumption is below 320 mL/day for the HHS-500 and HHS-810 models (below 400 mL/day for the HHS-1060), eliminating the need for frequent reservoir refills. The relative humidity range is 10% to 95% RH, with set-point accuracy of ±0.1% RH and fluctuation of ±2% RH at reference conditions (25°C, 40% RH).
The dual independent evaporator system with intelligent automatic defrost ensures a frost-free environment at a stable minimum temperature of +4°C — eliminating the defrost-cycle temperature fluctuations that affect single-evaporator chambers. The microprocessor controller with 7-inch LCD display supports programming of up to 50 segments and 99 cycles, with USB data logging, standard RS485 interface, and remote alarm output. Airflow circulation is adjustable across 10 speed levels, with uniform distribution ensured by the stainless-steel inner chamber. IoT remote monitoring is optional.
Stainless-steel shelves support 20 kg per shelf in the HHS-500 and HHS-810 models, and 45 kg per shelf in the HHS-1060 — accommodating heavy sample loads and large pharmaceutical packaging. The inner glass door is tempered and hermetically sealed, with an optional electromagnetic lock with independent control. The standard 35 mm lateral access port on all models allows external sensor cables to pass through without opening the door. The inner chamber is stainless steel; the outer cabinet is coated cold-rolled steel.

Applications
The HHS-500 / HHS-810 / HHS-1060 series is designed for quality control and R&D laboratories in pharmaceutical, food and beverage, electronics, and medical device companies performing long-term stability testing in accordance with ICH Q1A and US FDA 21 CFR Part 11, accelerated and aging studies, microbiological research under controlled temperature and humidity, and reference sample storage in reproducible conditions. Regulatory compliance with GMP, ICH, and FDA is factory-documented — essential for laboratories subject to ANVISA, EMA, FDA, and other international regulatory body audits.
The three chamber volumes — 510 L, 810 L, and 1,070 L — allow precise sizing based on sample volume per study or production batch, with the HHS-810 offering a maximum of 16 shelves for large pharmaceutical packaging test runs. The structural load capacity of the HHS-1060 (45 kg/shelf) positions it as the choice for stability testing of heavy products — large-volume glass containers, full pharmaceutical boxes, and reference samples in industrial packaging.
