A general-purpose refrigerated incubator for microbial cultivation, water analysis, and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) testing, available in two chamber volumes — 160 L and 260 L — with a temperature range of 0°C to +70°C, temperature uniformity of ±0.6°C at 37°C, and precise temperature control featuring active heating and cooling. Designed for microbiology laboratories, water quality control, environmental testing, and preservation studies of bacteria and fungi, the HSP series combines high energy efficiency, low vibration, dual thermally insulated doors, and integrated data logging for validation and regulatory compliance.
Digital control provides operating range from 0°C to +70°C regardless of ambient temperature, temperature uniformity of ±0.6°C at 37°C across 27 measurement points, and 0.1°C programming resolution. The dual stainless-steel inner doors, with hermetic seals, use separate insulation foam for each compartment, minimizing thermal exchange and maintaining stable temperature even in fluctuating ambient conditions. Engineered air ducting ensures homogeneous internal airflow, eliminating hot and cold spots and reducing unwanted condensation.
An integrated USB data logger stores continuous temperature data, operating parameters, and alarm events for auditability, traceability, and compliance with ISO, GLP, and ANVISA-style quality standards. A 7-inch intelligent touchscreen interface supports precise temperature profiles, historical trend display, and easy mode selection — including microbial growth, BOD, and cold storage preservation. Optional IoT monitoring enables real-time smartphone or PC alerts.
Stainless-steel shelves support up to 20 kg per level, with 3 standard shelves and up to 7 shelves in the HSP-160, and 4 standard shelves with up to 11 shelves in the HSP-260 — suitable for Petri dishes, BOD bottles, and culture flasks. An LED operation panel plus internal temperature and humidity sensors provide immediate status monitoring, with high/low temperature, power failure, prolonged door opening, and humidity deviation alarms. The unit operates on 220–240 V / 50–60 Hz and is CE certified for European and Latin American laboratory use.
