The line combines field-proven reliability, a balanced cascade refrigeration system, high-performance VIP insulation, low-noise design, and multiple system protections — all with simplified operation via a large LED display that simultaneously shows internal temperature, set temperature, ambient temperature, and input voltage.

The microprocessor-controlled system continuously regulates temperature across −40°C to −86°C in 1°C increments, with automatic protection against low-temperature stage overloading in the cascade system. The voltage compensation system operates across a wide input range of 185 V to 260 V — particularly valuable in regions with unstable power supply. A user-configurable compressor delay start timer and multi-level password protection code are standard features for enhanced operational control.

High-performance VIP (Vacuum Insulated Panel) insulation minimizes cabinet heat gain and improves temperature stability, with a patented cabinet insulation system optimized for cold storage performance and minimal frost buildup. The unique design of independent insulated inner doors — up to four separate compartments in larger models — allows independent access to each storage zone, reducing internal frost formation and maximizing protection of samples in unaccessed compartments. A three-layer sealing structure and thermal insulation system complement cold retention during door openings.

The automatic filter-clean alarm and sensor error alert are integrated preventive maintenance features that reduce the risk of undetected failures. Audible and visual alarm systems are standard on all models, with remote alarm contacts and a USB port for temperature data download available on upright models. The battery backup alarm operates continuously for over 24 hours during a power failure — with no dependence on mains power for alert emission. An optional IoT module enables real-time remote monitoring.
