The 304 stainless‑steel internal chamber measures φ386 mm diameter × 695–700 mm depth, providing an effective 80 L working volume for trays, instrument baskets, glassware, packaging, and media bottles according to standard autoclave loading rules. Heating is achieved by high‑power electric elements supplied from 220–240 V / 50–60 Hz, with a rated power of 3,400 W (HRLM‑80A), delivering fast temperature ramps and stable chamber conditions throughout the cycle.
Multiple exhaust methods are available, including conventional temperature‑set exhaust, dynamic pulse‑air exhaust, and full‑cycle air‑removal mode, which effectively purge cold air from the chamber and increase steam saturation for consistent microbial kill in all load regions. Two pressure‑relief modes can be selected: fast pressure relief for dry loads (instruments, dressings, rubber) and slow pressure relief for liquid sterilization, preventing liquid overflow due to rapid thermal expansion. A pre‑heating function shortens the chamber‑warm‑up time, while a timer‑start function allows the sterilization cycle to launch at a preset time, aligning processing with laboratory or hospital workflows.
